I have a bottle of the mango papaya wicked hot sauce and it is AWESOME!! The yummy mango papaya taste comes thru first then BAM, the heat grabs you with two hands. But it's a good heat. Doesn't kill you for hours. I mix it with some mild green salsa and use it as a salad dressing. Best hot sauce I've ever had.
