E.S.H. Mango Papaya Hot Sauce
Same great mango papaya flavor found in our Little Burn and Burn Me sauces, but with twice the heat of Burn Me. While we doubled the heat, we also introduced a bit more of the great smokey-sweet flavor of our pan-roasted Carolina Reapers that shine through and are highlighted by the mango papaya base.
Being an ESH sauce, Quémame brings the balance of flavor with an extra kick that traditional hot sauces don't bring. A true Extra Special Hot that is built around the flavor being the hero, yet not disappointing on the extra burn.
